Our team provides all our project partners with the following proactive, detailed-oriented construction management services for each project:

  • Manage, evaluate, and complete all due diligence and site selection efforts associated with the purchase and development of the preferred  project site.
  • Manage and secure all approvals and entitlements required to begin development of the project site, including, but not limited to, zoning, land use, utility verification, and all general project approvals.
  • Oversee, manage, and coordinate with all members of the development team, including architects, engineers, contractors, surveyors, and other project consultants.
  • Negotiate, finalize, and hold all project-related contracts, including the necessary design contracts and construction agreements for the project.
  • Formulate and manage the project delivery budget, including the development, evaluation, and presentation of value engineering opportunities for the project.
  • Develop and manage a master project development schedule incorporating all elements of project delivery. This schedule will include all key project milestones, critical path items, and regularly  scheduled meetings with the project team.
  • Coordinate the procurement process and the project development and  delivery budget. Our team coordinates directly with our clients on  project budgeting, cash flow planning, cash expenditures, and the draw  process.
  • Hold weekly and monthly reporting with our clients, summarizing  project development information and progress including schedule updates, budget snapshots, and action items.
