Kenneth (Ken) Krismanth is Principal and Chief Executive Officer of Signet Enterprises. He is responsible for the oversight of all development stages, including new project development, project structuring, strategic project financing, asset management and budgeting. Ken has been responsible for the oversight of over $1 billion in project development and finance including public-private projects, hotel development, class “A” office buildings, student and multi-family housing, structured parking, and specialty healthcare.

Joining the company in 1998, Ken leads development and expansion strategies as well as spearheading acquisition efforts. Prior to joining Signet Enterprises, Ken was Vice President of Corporate Banking for National City Bank and Bank One, where he was responsible for financial structuring and portfolio management in the areas of senior debt, capital market, investment real estate and structured finance. He was also a member of the bank’s acquisition due diligence initiatives and a team leader for acquisition transitional management committees.

Ken holds Bachelor of Science Degrees in Accounting and Finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He serves in leadership and board positions for a number of civic organizations and is actively involved with the Leadership Jacksonville, JCCI Study Committee, Northeast Florida Association of Real Estate Professionals (NEFAR), Special Olympics, WEGO and Junior Achievement.
